1. Definitions
- Canvafilo — the online design tool offered by AmoxAI
- User — any person who creates an account or uses Canvafilo
- Pro — the paid subscription with extended features
- Content — all designs, images and texts you create in Canvafilo
2. Use of the service
Canvafilo is a browser-based design tool intended for personal and commercial use. You may use Canvafilo for:
- Creating designs for social media, marketing, print and business use
- Exporting designs as PNG, JPG or PDF
- Collaborating with others (Pro/Teams plan)
It is prohibited to use Canvafilo for:
- Creating illegal, misleading or harmful content
- Reselling the service without written permission
- Reverse-engineering or copying the software
- Automated use (bots, scrapers) without prior permission
3. Account
You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Report suspicious activity immediately via info@canvafilo.com. Canvafilo may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Free plan: always available, no credit card required. Includes basic features and a limited template selection.
Pro plan: monthly (€7.99/mo) or yearly (€71.88/year = €5.99/mo). Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
Trial period: 14 days free. After the trial period the chosen subscription is charged automatically. You can cancel at any time before the end of the trial via your account settings.
Payments are processed via Mollie. Available payment methods: iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal.
Right of withdrawal: given the digital nature of the service, the right of withdrawal expires once the Pro features have been activated.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. After cancellation your account remains active until the end of the paid period. Your account then reverts to the free plan. No refunds are issued for the remaining period.
6. Intellectual property
Your content: you retain all rights to the designs you create in Canvafilo. By using the service you grant Canvafilo a limited licence to process and store your content for the purpose of providing the service.
Canvafilo content: the software, design system, templates and other content from Canvafilo are owned by AmoxAI. You may not copy, modify or resell them.
Templates: the templates offered by Canvafilo are free to use in your designs. You may not resell the templates themselves as standalone files.
7. Availability
Canvafilo aims for 99.5% uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. Canvafilo is not liable for damages resulting from outages or disruptions.
8. Liability
Canvafilo is not liable for:
- Loss of content due to technical failures
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Damages arising from use of the service in violation of these terms
Canvafilo's liability is in all cases limited to the amount you have paid in subscription fees over the past 12 months.
9. Changes
Canvafilo may update these terms at any time. For material changes you will receive at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
