How do I cancel my subscription?

Sign in, go to your account settings and choose "Cancel subscription". Your Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period.

Can I request an invoice?

Invoices are automatically sent after each payment to your account email address. Teams customers can request an invoice on company name via billing@canvafilo.com.

I forgot my password.

Go to the sign in page and click "Forgot password". You'll receive a reset link by email.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly?

Yes. Send an email to info@canvafilo.com and we'll handle the switch manually, including a refund for the remaining monthly amount.
